Dr. Goldberg graduated from NYU and received his medical degree from UMDNJ. He was Chief Medical Resident at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center/UMDNJ. He completed his cardiology fellowship at UMDNJ and an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Newark Beth Israel. Dr. Goldberg was assistant Director of the Cardiac Transplant Program at Newark Beth Israel.

Dr. Goldberg maintains a busy office practice and also performs interventional procedures.

Dr. Goldberg is the father of 3 boys. Sports is his pastime.
